2016 NVCA Deloitte Human Capital Survey

The NVCA-Deloitte Human Capital Survey was created in 2016 by NVCA and Deloitte. The survey aims to capture critical data on the venture capital (VC) workforce. The survey is conducted every two years. I participated as a co-author in the survey’s first year, as part of my work co-leading the first Diversity Task Force at the National Venture Capital Association to advance systemic change across the global alternative investment landscape.
